iGames’ Account Policies
How does my iGames account work?Membership is ongoing and automatically renews on a monthly basis until you notify iGames you wish to cancel. On the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice via e-mail with that month’s membership fee and the program/event fees accrued from the previous month. Payment in full is required by the due date specified on the invoice (the 20th of each month); otherwise, late fees will apply.
How do I make a payment?To make a payment, please log onto your iGames account and from the top menu, go to My Account -> Submit Payment. For your convenience, we offer automatic payments through Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. For one-time payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and check payments. Please refer to the payments page for further instruction.
Why is my iGames account overdue?There are two reasons your iGames account could be overdue: 1) you did not submit payment for an invoice by the due date or 2) you submitted a partial payment. At this point, you cannot sign up for programs and events and a late fee of 1.5% or $5, whichever is greater, will be charged to any invoice not paid in full by the due date. If by the 3rd invoice/billing cycle no payment is made, your iGames membership will be temporarily deactivated, which means we have suspended your account until payment in full is received. If payment (or another arrangement) is not made, your account may be placed under collections review.
How do I correct or update my contact information? You can change your LAN center’s shipping or billing information by selecting from the top menu, My Account -> Center Info. If you need to change your LAN center’s primary account information (address, admin, etc), please contact iGames by emailing accounting@igames.org with your request to have your information updated. Please keep your information current to ensure your packages are received and players know where to find you!
To change your password, click on your username/password on the top right corner. Select the “password” tab to update your password.
How can I add an additional location/LAN center to my iGames account?Congratulations on opening another location! If the billing information and the account administrator of the new location are the same as the current location, then you can add the LAN center to your current account by logging into your account and selecting from the top menu, My Account -> Add LAN Center. Each new location/LAN center will be charged the set up fee. If the billing information or account administrator is different, then you should sign up the new LAN center location for a new membership which provides a separate login for the account administrator.

How do I upgrade my iGames membership?You may upgrade to Standard membership at any time without paying the set-up fee again. Click on My Account -> Upgrade Center to choose the level of membership to upgrade.
How do I downgrade or cancel my iGames membership?Please send an e-mail to accounting@igames.org. In your e-mail, be sure to include the LAN center name, your login ID, account number, and membership request. You will receive a response from iGames with confirmation of your downgrade or cancellation. If you do not receive a response within 2 business days, please verify that your email was sent to the correct email address or contact iGames for assistance. For cancellations, if you decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be charged the set-up fee.
How do I reactivate my iGames membership?To reactivate your membership, log into your account and click on the “reactivate membership” link. The charges due will include any previous outstanding balance, a reactivation fee of $75.00, and the prorated membership fee for the current month.
