REFUND POLICY

Membership Refund
There is no refund for membership. By accepting a monthly membership plan during the registration process, you agree to pay a non-refundable one time setup fee and a non-refundable monthly membership fee. The monthly membership is automatically invoiced each month until you notify iGames that you want to cancel. Monthly invoices are sent via email and the account holder may view their account activity via the web site. It is the responsibility of the account holder to pay the account balance each month or cancel the account. The account holder will be responsible for all fees prior to iGames’ receipt of the cancellation notice. Please go to the account policy section to view more details.

Activities Refund
Showcases/Launch Parties consisting of CD/DVD keys or downloaded software are non-refundable. iGames will accept returns and provide refunds for Showcases/Launch Parties where software is provided in CD/DVD format only if the following criteria are met:

  1. the software is unopened (the seals must not be broken) and returned in the original packaging,
  2. the returned software is received by iGames no more than 14 days after the first day of the Showcase/Launch Party event, and
  3. the center must ship all software provided to the center for the Showcase/Launch Party, back to iGames at the center’s expense.

When the software is received by iGames, the LAN center’s account will be credited for the amount of the Showcase/Launch Party minus a $15 restocking fee (to cover the original shipping costs).

Refunds for Other Activities
To receive a refund for other activities, you must cancel your participation in the activity before any materials for the activity have been shipped and before the start date of the activity begins. There are no refunds after these dates.
